Your reflections are personal. CounsellorX is designed to give you clear control over what is stored and what may be used as context.

What you control

You can decide whether CounsellorX may use earlier check-ins, reflections, and journal entries as context. Journal context is off by default. Turning context off does not delete stored entries.

Account choices

Your account settings provide controls for context, saved memory items, export, and deletion. Signing out ends your session on this device; it does not delete your account content.

AI reflections

AI-generated observations are possibilities rather than conclusions. They may be incomplete or incorrect, and you can disagree with them.
